Hilton's resort hotel feels very new, the front desk service is very standard, the breakfast is also OK, the room is clean and sanitary, the area is large, and the facilities are complete. I recommend it to everyone

We’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites in the past and had good experiences, but unfortunately, the property has noticeably declined. Our recent stay was disappointing from the start. At check-in, the front desk staff was indifferent and made only the minimal effort to welcome us or explain anything about our stay. The condition of the property was also concerning. Dirty linens were left in the hallways well into the evening (around 6:00 PM), and our room smelled musty upon arrival. The furnishings were worn—especially the chair, which was stained and lacked an ottoman or side table. The toilet ran continuously unless manually adjusted, and the baseboards were scuffed and in clear need of paint. These issues made the room feel poorly maintained and less than clean. Since we were only staying one night and arrived late, we opted not to move hotels—but we would not stay here again. We hope management takes steps to address these maintenance and service issues. For now, we would advise fellow travelers to consider other options in the area.

This Hampton had good reviews & that’s why I selected this location. Though it was quiet, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The bed skirt had stains & there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The towels weren’t impressive either (again, stains). The pillow cases were very scratchy, I’m suspecting they were straight out of the package & unwashed. Also, there was no conditioner, it looked like there was a spot on the wall in the shower where it used to be. When we arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying the attendant was on a break (not the best way to greet guests). The tables in the dining area were sticky & needed a good scrub. Not what I expect from Hampton Inn.

Location: In a nice office park. Within a couple miles of restaurants, etc. Hotel: Clean. Small lobby, big breakfast area. Private business center BUT no computer. Fitness Center is small and cramped. One Peloton bike, treadmill, elliptical, free weights and floor mats. No device to turn on and control the bike. Ten pound dumbbells missing. Slow internet at 4.92 Mbps download. Indoor pool. Staff: Professional and friendly. No knowledge of Tv system. Did not know provider, did not have channel guide, did not know how to access future programming guide. Room: Good size, good mattress, well appointed. Clean. Low water pressure. Breakfast: Well stocked and attended. Price: Fair.
